With this test you will receive a Laboratory qualified PCR COVID-19 test result without needing to visit a lab!
This test is suitable for both Travel (Fit to Fly) and Work purposes, and you will be able to choose which purpose you wish to use the test for.
When submitting your test to our lab, you will receive either a Fit to Fly certificate which is accepted by all airlines or a "Fit to Work" certificate which can be used to return to work or alternatively, confirm your positive COVID-19 result to your employer.

This PCR test can be taken from the comfort of your own home. When you send it to us, it will be lab-tested by a UK approved COVID-19 laboratory.
You can store your test and use it when you need to for either travel or work purposes. The test can be completed whenever you like and submitted to our lab. You will receive your results 12 hours after we have received your test kit.
There is no additional postage charge for sending your kit back to us and you will receive everything you need to pack your completed test kit safely for shipment.

Dam Health is a government-recognised provider and one of the largest COVID-19 testing providers in the UK.
With this kit, you will have the ability to take the PCR test from the comfort of your own home, and still receive a fully compliant PCR test result and certificate from our lab.
How to use this test
Follow the IFUs in the box which detail how to administer the test and how to return to the lab.
Note - you must fill in the customer declaration form and return to the lab with your kit to receive your results. This form is unique to you. If you do not do this, you will not receive any results.
How to return your test to our lab
- Click/follow this link to start the process with Royal Mail: - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer
- Search “DAM Health UK” either by using the search bar or alphabetical listing.
- Once selected, follow the instructions to have your kit collected or posted to the lab. The returns label will be automatically generated for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
